Extended Platform
Supports long components, machinery and cumbersome production loads.
Electro-hydraulic lift tables engineered for safe, stable handling of long, bulky and heavy loads across an extended platform.
A twin scissor lift table uses two or more scissor mechanisms positioned end to end beneath one extended platform. The arrangement provides the platform length and lifting capacity needed for long or bulky loads that cannot be handled effectively on a standard lift table.
Precisely controlled synchronisation keeps the platform level throughout the lifting stroke. Twin scissor tables can operate as standalone work-positioning equipment or form part of production lines, loading systems and automated material-flow installations.
Supports long components, machinery and cumbersome production loads.
Synchronised scissor movement maintains controlled parallel travel.
Multiple lifting mechanisms support the load across a wide working area.
Can be configured for manual or automated handling environments.
The correct table is selected around the load, platform dimensions, lifting stroke, duty cycle and installation environment.
| Feature | Typical Available Configuration |
|---|---|
| Lifting capacity | Up to 5,000 kg, depending on model and configuration |
| Lift stroke | 900–2,000 mm across the standard range; other requirements assessed individually |
| Closed height | Approximately 230–400 mm, depending on configuration |
| Platform length | Up to approximately 6,050 mm within the standard range |
| Platform width | Typically 1,000–2,000 mm |
| Installation | Surface-mounted or pit-recessed |
| Control system | Electro-hydraulic operation with synchronised parallel lifting |
| Safety arrangement | Specified for the application and may include safety edges, overload protection, emergency stops, maintenance supports and guarding |
Final capacity, dimensions, travel, control method and safety provisions are confirmed following an application and site assessment.
