Hygienic Pallet Transfer
Transfer goods from wooden pallets onto plastic, aluminium or other hygienic pallets for controlled production environments.
A highly versatile free-standing 180° pallet inverter with dual clamps for loads weighing up to 2,000 kg.
The FSDC pallet inverter is designed for demanding warehouses, cold stores and production environments. It enables complete palletised loads to be transferred between pallets using either a pallet truck or forklift, with ramp-loaded and flush-floor configurations available.
The FSDC is a free-standing pallet inverter that rotates a complete palletised load through 180 degrees. Once inverted, the original pallet can be removed and replaced before the load is returned to its normal position.
“DC” refers to the machine’s dual-clamp design. The upper and lower tables securely clamp the load during inversion, allowing the machine to handle a wide variety of packaged goods and pallet types.
The machine can be loaded using a forklift truck or at ground level using a pallet truck. Ramp-loaded tables are available, while flush-floor tables can eliminate the ramp and reduce the machine’s overall operating footprint.
The FSDC provides a controlled method of transferring complete loads between different pallet types or recovering products from damaged pallets.
Transfer goods from wooden pallets onto plastic, aluminium or other hygienic pallets for controlled production environments.
Safely replace broken or damaged pallets located underneath a complete stack without manually unloading every item.
Move incoming goods from lower-grade transport pallets onto high-quality internal pallets used within the facility.
Transfer outgoing products from reusable internal pallets onto one-trip or disposable shipping pallets.
Recover reusable freezer spacers from stacked frozen food products and other cold-store applications.
Transfer products onto suitable ISPM 15-compliant pallets before international shipping and export.
The machine can be configured around the load dimensions, loading method, operating environment and required level of automation.
