Pneumatic Rope Manipulator – ATISacer

The ATISacer range uses a double-rope pneumatic balancing system to help operators lift, move and accurately position loads weighing up to 150 kg.

Its compact design makes it particularly suitable for handling applications with restricted headroom, architectural obstacles or limited working space. The operator remains in direct control while the pneumatic system supports and balances the load.

Load capacities up to 150 kg

Working radii up to 5,000 mm

Compact double-rope design

Custom gripping tools available

Fast, Flexible and Controlled Load Handling

The pneumatic rope system combines responsive movement with controlled balancing, helping operators handle centred loads efficiently and accurately throughout the working cycle.

Versatile Handling

Move loads smoothly through vertical and horizontal movements while retaining direct operator control.

Double-Rope System

The dual-rope pulley arrangement provides responsive lifting with redundant rope support for increased reliability.

Precise Movements

Manual or pneumatic movements provide accurate control during lifting, positioning and release.

Customised Equipment

Purpose-designed gripping tools can be configured around the product, movement and production process.

The ATISacer Range

Three models are available, covering compact handling applications through to loads weighing up to 150 kg and working radii of up to 5,000 mm.

ATISacer 55

Maximum capacity: 55 kg

A lightweight and compact pneumatic manipulator designed for fast handling in restricted workspaces. Its double-rope vertical movement supports efficient and repetitive handling cycles.

Maximum net capacity:
55 kg at 3,500 mm radius

Maximum radius:
4,000 mm at 45 kg

Minimum radius: 300 mm

Vertical stroke: 1,600 mm

ATISacer 80

Maximum capacity: 95 kg

A flexible model for medium loads, combining compact dimensions with a wider working area. Its installation system allows the manipulator to be prepared for operation quickly.

Maximum net capacity:
95 kg at 3,100 mm radius

Maximum radius:
4,100 mm at 50 kg

Minimum radius: 500 mm

Vertical stroke: 1,800 mm

ATISacer 150

Maximum capacity: 150 kg

The highest-capacity model in the range uses a double-rope pulley system and an additional pneumatic cylinder to provide balanced, responsive handling with or without a load.

Maximum net capacity:
150 kg at 4,000 mm radius

Maximum radius:
5,000 mm at 100 kg

Minimum radius: 700 mm

Vertical stroke: 1,800 mm

Model Comparison

Installation Configurations

The system can be configured around the required working area, available headroom, site structure and number of handling positions.

Fixed Floor Column

Permanent floor-mounted configuration providing a defined circular working area.

Self-Standing Base

Self-supporting baseplate configuration for suitable industrial applications.

Fixed Overhead

Suspended installation that keeps the production floor and working area clear.

Sliding Overhead

Rail-mounted overhead configuration for serving an extended working area.

Custom Gripping Systems

The gripping tool is designed around the dimensions, surface, weight and centre of gravity of the item being handled.

Depending on the application, the ATISacer system may be equipped with vacuum gripping, pneumatic clamps, mechanical grippers, expanding tools, hooks, forks or another purpose-designed attachment.

Intelligent recovery systems can also be incorporated into the gripping equipment to support the controlled handling of certain off-centre loads.
