JL Steerable Heavy Duty Transport Trolley – K Series
The JL steerable transport trolleys from JUNG form the high-capacity steerable section of the K Series. Designed for moving heavy machinery and industrial equipment, JL trolleys provide load capacities from 9 to 14 tonnes and can be combined with matching JFB rear trolleys to form complete transport systems up to 28 tonnes.

Directional control for demanding machinery moves
The JL trolley is positioned beneath the load to provide steering control during movement. A rotating load plate supports the machinery while the long steering handle allows the operator to control direction as the load travels across a suitable level floor.
Steerable Turntable
A ball-bearing supported turntable allows the trolley to change direction beneath the load.
Low Profile
The 110 mm installation height reduces the clearance required beneath heavy equipment.
Heavy Load Capacity
JL models provide individual steerable capacities from 9 tonnes through to 14 tonnes.
Complete System
Pair the JL steerable trolley with the corresponding JFB rear trolley to form a complete transport set.
The steering point of the transport system
During a typical machinery move, the JL trolley is positioned beneath one end of the load. Its turntable supports the machine while allowing the trolley to rotate and guide the direction of travel.
The steering handle provides direct directional control, while a corresponding JFB adjustable trolley supports the opposite end of the machinery.
Together, the two components create a low-profile machinery-moving system that can be selected around the required load capacity.
Choose JL when you require a higher-capacity steerable trolley for machinery and industrial loads. For lower-capacity steerable applications, the JLB range provides additional K Series options.

JL Steerable Trolley
Higher-capacity steerable front trolley for machinery loads from 9 to 14 tonnes, depending on model.

Lower-capacity steerable K Series options for applications that do not require the larger JL capacities.
