The ATISmirus range combines articulated rigid arms with pneumatic load balancing to help operators lift, move, rotate and accurately position heavy, bulky or offset loads.

Designed around the load, working area and production process, each system provides smooth operator-controlled movement while reducing the physical effort involved in repetitive or demanding handling tasks.

Controlled Handling with Minimal Operator Effort

ATISmirus is a pneumatic zero-gravity handling system developed for applications where stability, precise positioning and ergonomic movement are essential.

Rigid-Arm Stability

The articulated rigid-arm structure helps minimise load oscillation and supports controlled positioning.

Offset Load Handling

Suitable for products with complex shapes or loads whose centre of gravity is not directly below the lifting point.

Pneumatic Operation

Powered by clean, dry compressed air, with no electrical connection required for normal operation.

Tailored Gripping Tools

Each system can be equipped with gripping equipment designed around the product and required movement.

The smallest model in the range, designed for lighter loads, shaped products and high-frequency handling cycles where speed and accurate movement are important.

Custom Gripping Systems

The gripping system is designed around the shape, weight, surface, centre of gravity and required movement of the product.

Depending on the application, the manipulator may be equipped with vacuum suction systems, pneumatic grippers, mechanical clamps, expanding tools, hooks, forks or another purpose-designed handling attachment.

The complete system is therefore configured as one handling solution rather than selecting the manipulator and lifting attachment independently.
