JLB Steerable Heavy Duty Transport Trolley – K Series
The JLB steerable transport trolleys from JUNG are compact, low-profile machinery moving trolleys designed to provide directional control when transporting heavy industrial equipment. The range includes 3 tonne and 6 tonne standard models together with a 7 tonne Professional version.

Steer heavy machinery through confined industrial spaces
The JLB range provides the steerable front component of a machinery transport system. Its low construction height allows the trolley to be positioned beneath equipment, while the rotating load plate and steering handle provide directional control during movement.
Steerable Turntable
A ball-bearing supported rotating load plate allows the trolley to change direction beneath the machine.
110 mm Profile
The low installation height helps position the trolley beneath machinery where available clearance is limited.
Compact Construction
JLB models provide high load capacity without requiring the larger footprint of the higher-capacity JL range.

The steerable front unit of the K Series system
The JLB trolley is positioned beneath one end of the machinery and provides the steering point for the transport system. The rotating load plate allows the trolley to follow changes in direction while supporting the machine.
A steering handle gives the operator directional control. At the opposite end of the load, a matching JFB adjustable transport trolley supports and distributes the remaining weight.
JUNG uses ball-bearing JUWAthan®plus castors with a low-wear coating to support smooth load movement.
Choose a JLB trolley when you require a compact steerable trolley for loads up to 7 tonnes. For higher individual steerable capacities, the JL range extends the K Series further.

Each K Series trolley has a different role. Choosing the correct components depends on both the load capacity and how the machinery needs to be supported and steered.
JLB Steerable Trolley
Compact steerable front trolley available in capacities from 3 to 7 tonnes.
JL Steerable Trolley
Higher-capacity steerable trolley for machinery loads requiring individual capacities from 9 to 14 tonnes.
JFB Adjustable Trolley
Adjustable twin-cassette rear trolley that works with the corresponding JLB or JL steerable unit.

Matched transport-set capacities refer to the appropriate JLB steerable trolley combined with its corresponding JFB adjustable rear trolley. JLB 7 K Professional for easier high-capacity steering
The JLB 7 K Professional extends the compact steerable range to 7 tonnes while retaining the same 110 mm installation height used across the K Series.
