Sheet Metal Vacuum Lifters F6 Series

The Righetti F6 Series is designed for the safe and controlled horizontal handling of steel, stainless steel, aluminium and other non-ferrous sheet materials measuring up to 3000 × 1500 mm.

Available in electric, rechargeable battery and compressed-air configurations, the F6 range can be matched to the lifting equipment, power supply and working conditions available within your production area.

A Practical Solution for Regular Sheet Handling

The F6 Series is intended for manufacturing, fabrication and sheet-processing environments where large metal sheets must be lifted, transported and positioned safely.

A reinforced steel supporting structure provides a fixed horizontal frame. Six round suction pads are distributed across three supporting arms to provide balanced contact across the sheet.

The positions of the supporting arms and suction pads can be adjusted to accommodate different sheet dimensions. Individual arms can also be isolated from the vacuum circuit when a reduced gripping area is required.

The suction pads use vulcanised oil-resistant rubber developed for common industrial sheet-metal surfaces.

Configured Around the Sheet Being Handled

The central supporting beam is available in different lengths, allowing the gripping arrangement to be matched to the intended sheet format.

Standard beam lengths include 1,500 mm, 2,000 mm and 3,000 mm. The 2,000 mm arrangement is the standard configuration for handling 3000 × 1500 mm sheets.

The correct arrangement is selected according to the maximum and minimum sheet dimensions, material, weight, surface condition, lifting frequency and available power supply.

Electric

Suitable for overhead cranes and lifting systems where an electrical connection can be provided conveniently.

Provides cordless operation where maintaining a continuous mains or compressed-air connection would be inconvenient.
