Glass Handling Equipment

Electric Glass Lifter & Glazing Robot – 300kg

Transport, Position & Install Large Glass Panels

A compact electric glass lifter designed to transport, position and install large glazing panels weighing up to 300 kg. Powered tracks allow the machine to travel across level surfaces, uneven ground and stairs while the powered lifting and positioning system helps place the glass accurately at the installation point.

Glass Transport & Installation

One machine from unloading to final positioning

Large glazing panels can be difficult to move through construction sites, across uneven ground and into restricted installation areas. This powered glass manipulator combines tracked transport, lifting and positioning functions in one compact machine.

01

Tracked Drive

Electric tracks allow controlled travel across level floors, outdoor surfaces, steps and stairways.

02

Powered Lifting

Electric lifting assists with raising and lowering the glass during transport and installation.

03

Adjustable Positioning

The powered tilting arm allows the panel angle to be adjusted to suit transport and installation conditions.

04

Tight-Space Control

Independent powered movement and proportional joystick control help manoeuvre the machine in restricted areas.

Precise Glass Positioning

From transport to installation

The glass panel is secured to the machine using the suction cup attachment system. The powered lifting mechanism and adjustable arm allow the operator to raise, lower and position the panel without manually carrying its full weight.

Two electric motors and proportional joystick control provide precise movement, helping the machine manoeuvre around restricted construction areas and position the glazing close to its final installation point.

The tracked chassis can also travel over suitable stairs, inclines and outdoor surfaces, helping reduce the number of separate handling stages between unloading and installation.

Suitable for more than standard glazing:
The manufacturer also identifies the system for handling large glass panels, armoured glazing and similar flat panels where controlled lifting and positioning are required.
Typical Applications

Designed for demanding glazing projects

Suitable for specialist glazing contractors, façade installers and construction teams handling large panels where access, weight and precise positioning need to be considered together.

Window Installation

Lift and position glazing accurately at the opening while reducing repeated manual handling.

Glass manipulator transporting glazing on stairs

Stair Access

Powered tracked movement assists with transporting glazing between floor levels where suitable access exists.

Glass installation on a construction site

Construction Sites

Move glazing from delivery areas across site and position panels close to their installation point.

Tracked glass lifter transporting glazing outdoors

Difficult Access

Compact tracked movement helps where conventional glass-handling equipment cannot easily reach.

Handling & Positioning

Built around controlled glass movement

The machine combines several functions normally required at different stages of glazing transport and installation.

Grip

Suction Cup System

Available with manual or electric suction cup systems for holding glazing securely during transport and positioning.

Position

Motorised Tilting Arm

The electrically controlled arm allows the glass angle to be adjusted for transport, access and final installation.

Move

All-Surface Tracked Drive

Powered tracks provide controlled movement on suitable indoor floors, outdoor ground, inclines and stairways.
