Load the Machine
Position the stable palletised load against the machine’s supporting sidewall.
A floor-level pallet-transfer system for stable, block-stacked loads weighing up to 1,500 kg.
The G95 provides a straightforward alternative to a conventional 180° pallet inverter. It gently clamps the load and tips it just beyond 90°, allowing the existing pallet to be released, removed and exchanged.
The G95 is a pallet-retriever style transfer system. Instead of rotating a load through a complete 180°, it tips the load onto its side just beyond 90°.
When the upper clamp opens, the load moves gently away from the existing pallet using the machine’s sliding side plate. This creates sufficient space for the pallet to be removed and replaced.
The loading table sits flush with the surrounding floor, allowing the machine to be loaded directly using a pallet truck without requiring a loading ramp. Forklift loading is also possible.
The pallet exchange is completed through a controlled four-stage process.
Position the stable palletised load against the machine’s supporting sidewall.
The moving upper clamp lowers and gently secures the complete palletised load.
The load tips just beyond 90° and the sliding side plate creates space for pallet removal.
Fit the replacement pallet, reclamp the load and return it to the upright position.
The G95 is particularly effective in cold stores and facilities handling stable, boxed or block-stacked goods.
Suitable for stable palletised loads of frozen meat, fish, vegetables and other boxed frozen products.
Remove and recover reusable freezer separators from blast-frozen palletised products.
Replace broken, damaged or unsuitable pallets without manually unloading the complete stack.
Transfer incoming goods onto higher-quality internal or hygienic pallets used within the facility.
Transfer loads to or from rental-pool pallets while retaining the required pallets on site.
Move stable loads onto suitable export or one-trip pallets before dispatch.
No. The G95 is intended for stable, block-stacked loads with minimal voids. The goods should extend close to the pallet perimeter and remain stable while resting on their side. Irregular, unstable or loosely stacked products may require an FS, FSDC or another pallet-transfer system.
Two standard machine sizes are available, with custom dimensions and controls offered for specific applications.
The G95 is available in two principal standard sizes: G95/1950 and G95/2250.
