What is an FS Pallet Inverter?
The FS is a free-standing pallet-turning machine with one moving clamping table. A forklift places the palletised load onto the raised loading table.
The load is securely clamped and rotated through 180°, allowing the original pallet to be removed or exchanged.
The letters FS stand for Free Standing. The machine is stable under its own weight and normally requires only an appropriate electrical supply and the required safety guarding for the installation.
It can handle many palletised products, including cartons, bags, cans, bottles, food products and construction materials.

FS Pallet Inverter Control Options
Standard FS machines use dual hydraulic lever controls. One lever operates the clamping movement while the second controls rotation of the pallet load.
Alternative arrangements can be supplied where the operating position, process or required level of automation calls for a different control method.

Operating depth increases to approximately 3.30 m when fitted with floor-fixed guards and multiple photoelectric beams. Final dimensions, controls, electrical requirements and guarding should be confirmed for the selected installation.
