Low built jib1
Low built jib2
The low built jib with aluminium profile is suitable for lifting up to 40 kg. This is an optimal solution for low headroom workstations.
When there is limited headroom, a crane which builds only 300 mm in height could give you those extra centimetres to be able to get a TAWI jib crane system into your operations.
Facilities with low headroom can mean both where workforce barely stand straight but also where material handling trucks might need that extra space in order to operate sufficiently. The low built jib crane system is a compact solution, primarily designed to allow a maximum possible vertical hook stroke in areas with low headroom.
Even if your facility has no physical constraint in headroom, with the low built crane system you can achieve a workplace with a great use-benefit over structural-cost ratio, i.e. where the assisting product really gets out of the way, so the workstation can be more focused on solving the operational need. So, if you just want to reduce visual stimuli, straggly edges and moving parts in order to create a truly integrated facility, the TAWI low built cranes are for you.
To go even further, we offer underbraced jib arms that can be used when the tolerances are even smaller. The standard low built jib arms available in both aluminium, for material handling up to 40kg, and steel, for material handling up to 80 kg. These jib cranes are both able to be mounted on columns as well as on the wall.
In all cases, this means a structure that sits as flush with the ceiling as possible, optimal for your flush operations. Contact us and we can design a solution that optimally fits your operational requirements.
